So Help Me Todd - Season 1 __HOT__

So Help Me Todd is an American legal drama television series, created by Scott Prendergast, that premiered on September 29, 2022, on CBS. The series follows a talented but directionless private investigator, who begrudgingly agrees to work at his overbearing mother's law firm. It stars Marcia Gay Harden, Skylar Astin, Madeline Wise, Tristen J. Winger, Inga Schlingmann, and Rosa Arrendondo. In February 2023, the series was renewed for a second season.

So Help Me Todd - Season 1

On May 12, 2022, it was announced that CBS had given the production, titled So Help Me Todd, a series order.[24] It was also announced that Elizabeth Klaviter had replaced Kruger and Shapiro as the series' showrunner.[25] On October 19, 2022, the series received a full season order.[26] On February 2, 2023, CBS renewed the series for a second season.[27]

Production on the pilot began in March 2022 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.[34] Filming for the rest of the season began on July 27, 2022, and is scheduled to conclude on April 10, 2023.[35] A TD Bank office in downtown Vancouver serves as Margaret's law firm.[36]

On May 18, 2022, CBS announced its fall broadcast schedule for the 2022-23 television season, with So Help Me Todd airing on Thursdays at 9:00PM ET.[37] On June 23, 2022, the series was given a September 29, 2022, premiere date.[38] So Help Me Todd began airing on September 29, 2022, on CBS in the United States,[39] and on Global TV in Canada.[40]

Their chemistry also helps smooth over the fact that even though it's set in Portland, the show barely seems to know the city. (In one scene, Joan orders Todd to stop driving his beater to work and gives him a bus pass, though exterior shots clearly show that they work at the Pacwest Center, which sits on three light-rail lines.)

Hey, "So Help Me Todd" fans. Unfortunately, it's time for us to tell you some bad news again. That's right, guys. We have just learned that the folks over at CBS are not airing the next, new episode 12 of So Help Me Todd's current, premiere season 1 tonight, January 19, 2023. To add to the disappointment, they're also not going to air it next Thursday night, January 26,2023. That's right, guys. You can currently expect to be without brand new episodes of So Help Me Todd for 2 weeks. CBS did let us know by way of their official episode 12 press release that the new episode 12 is due out on Thursday night, February 2, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly press that very important date and time deep down into your mental core so you don't forget it. We did take a look at what CBS is going to air in

Season 1 is the first season of the CBS drama series So Help Me Todd was picked up for a series order on May 12, 2022.[1] It premiered on September 29, 2022, and it set to conclude on May 18, 2023.

It should come as no surprise that Veronica's plea for help in Episode 14, "Against All Todds," was the first part of an elaborate ruse. What wasn't obvious was her endgame. It seemed like Todd was being set up for a simple frame job when Veronica sent him to their old office to retrieve her money. It would've been a simple matter to place Todd in a compromising position, but she made it worse. Veronica used a woman she was blackmailing as a pawn to lead Todd to an illegal gambling establishment run by a notorious crime family just before it was raided. Through more misadventures, she was able to entrap Margaret as well. It seemed Veronica was about to get what she wanted: seeing Todd and Margaret behind bars.

So Help Me Todd's pilot established that Todd nearly went to prison partly because of his tendency to take shortcuts. This was a tremendous source of embarrassment for his mother as well as his older sister Allison and brother Lawrence, an ER doctor and a political player respectively. Todd has worked hard to prove himself to his family and has grown considerably as both a person and an investigator throughout the first season. But part of growing involves making mistakes -- and Todd has made some mistakes.

While helping Margaret in Season 1, Episode 10, "The Devil You Know," Todd sought help from his ex-partner/ex-girlfriend Veronica (played by Eliza Coupe of Happy Endings). Veronica was still in prison for multiple criminal acts she committed while working as a private investigator. Following her lead was the other part of what cost Todd his PI license. The information she provided did help Margaret to exonerate her client and put away a dirty cop, but it also meant Veronica was let out of prison. And "Psilo-Sibling" hints that she may not be done with her criminal ways... or with Todd. She could get him in trouble again.

So Help Me Todd may still be in its first season, but it makes sense that Season 2 would start with Todd at a low point or facing some kind of crossroads. Modern TV shows often end their seasons with cliffhangers to bring audiences back. If Todd loses or might lose all that he has built because of his past, that's a dilemma that would definitely create interest for the second season.

"With the series' unique blend of captivating legal drama, laugh-out-loud humor and intriguing family dysfunction, it's no wonder the audience continues to grow. I am delighted that these two inimitable characters and their entertaining banter will extend into a second season."

After a successful 1st season, "So Help Me Todd" will deliver up a second helping of legal maneuvering and quirky character-building. The dramedy follows Todd (Skylar Astin), the black sheep of his successful lawyer-laden family. A private detective by trade, he's struggling to find work now that his license was revoked after using some "creative" methods to reach the truth.

"So Help Me Todd" has been doing gangbusters for CBS: Variety reports that it's pulling in 6.3 million viewers regularly live, which inflates to 7.4 million with DVR usage and viewings through other platforms. The series has been renewed for a 2nd season, 12 episodes into its first. Here's what we know about what might happen in Season 2 of "So Help Me Todd."

As the 1st season of "So Help Me Todd" is still running, it's not possible at press time to provide an accurate estimate as to when the show might return for a new season. We can, however, use empirical evidence to suggest a general timeframe as to when Season 2 will debut.

The 1st season of "So Help Me Todd" debuted on September 29, 2022. It will likely finish running sometime in April or May 2023. Since CBS is likely to want to repeat the success of the show's 1st season, don't be surprised if you see the 2nd season of the dramedy by mid to late September 2023, though it's possible they might try to wait for an early October start date. We will, naturally, update this information as soon as CBS releases its fall schedule, but until then, that's the closest estimate for Season 2's premiere.

With the show currently airing, it's impossible to know at press time what sort of cliffhanger "So Help Me Todd" will leave us on when Season 1 wraps up. One can expect that the show's regular plot elements will continue apace in the next season. There will be a new case every week, and some of them might relate to Todd and Margaret's expansive pasts. Mother and son will be forced to work together to solve the case in question, with Todd pulling some unorthodox stunts along the way while his mom relies on her degree and her ability as a lawyer to get their client free. Todd, as always, will team up with Lyle (Tristen J. Winger) to facilitate his schemes and plans

The official CBS website has the show's two latest episodes up for free with additional support, and the rest of the season might be accessed by entering a streaming or cable login. Pluto TV offers the show's first four episodes with ad support as well. But if you're looking to experience the entire gamut from Episode 1 to Episode 14 with minimal to no commercial interruptions, Paramount+ is the way to go. Naturally, you'll have to pay a nominal fee to watch the show, but you won't have to deal with ad interruptions or scrambling to watch episodes you've missed before they're gone.
